Beautiful location by the Roman Forum Stunning rooms which were very clean! The staff were so lovely, front of house even spoke Welsh to my Welsh partner which was so lovely!

Loved the old monastery building and the conversion. The family room was ample space for us and a lovely escape from the heat of Rome in August. Couldnt fault a thing! Great service, ample breakfast. They gave us incredibly early check-in because we had arrived in the morning from Sydney, Australia and we were exhaustedthis helped us settle in and overcome the jet lag. Great location right by the colosseum and walking distance from the sweet Trastavere neighbourhood.

Fantastic location, room, and facilities. Beds very comfortable. Felt very comfortable during a heat wave. Staff went above and beyond to make my family with three little kiddos feel welcome and well taken care of. Would highly recommend and will be sure to stay again when visiting Rome. Location unbeatable. Breakfast amazing. Garden and terrace beautiful.

Lovely big clean rooms overlooking the central courtyard. Easy to get around Rime from here and quiet. Breakfast was excellent

Omar at reception was extremely professional and accommodating. The hotel was nice and the gardens also. Breakfast in the morning was basic buffet service. Rooms was small and bed and also pillows were not very comfortable. The hotel was in a good location.

Kolbe Hotel was as I expected. A friend recommended it to us. We had dinner on 1 evening and this was excellent and we had breakfast every morning, again this was good. The hotel is a few minutes from the Circus Maximus and a 15 minute walk to more central area such as Colosseum. We used Uber to get around if further than 25 min walk for example to the Vatican. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed the location, facilities, restaurant and service! Our flights were cancelled after our cruise and we booked it again for another night. Had a wonderful room and front desk felt our pain and sent up a bottle of Prosecco! Thank you!

It was beautiful. The staff was friendly and thoughtful. We liked it there so much we booked an additional day and when we return to Rome we will stay there again. When we were leaving, they were so thoughtful that they packed us to go breakfasts. It was an unexpected surprises.

This hotel is nestled right in the center of Rome with a private court yard surrounding and perfect european style breakfast included. The only thing stopping us from having a view of the coliseum was the surrounding buildings. Perfect for launching your walking tours or hopping on and off the tour buses or trains.

Beautiful, charming hotel with a lovely location. The bottle of champagne on arrival was amazing. Very kid friendly despite meeting adult needs for drink, food, etc.

Lovation-fab for exploring antiquities and especially Circus Maximus where The Boss was playing, no more than a 10 min walk. Staff were so helpful and friendly, nothing too much bother. Buffet breakfast-plenty of choice. Garden- a beautiful oasis away from the crowds.

Rooms were nice, The garden was very cosy - nothing like sitting in the sun under a tree with a campari spritz. The location is sublime: Nestled in a quiet and picturesque neighborhood between the Capitoline and Palatine hills, with a cafe and a couple of nice restaurants just around the corner.

Very short overnight stay at Kolbe hotel on our way out of Italy and Rome. Nice duplex room that the kids enjoyed staying at. Breakfast was good as well. Location was great too, it's right outside of the Roman Forum.
